Did you know all of our products are made and assembled in the United States?

We have two locations, one in Pittsburgh, PA and one in Burnet, TX, dedicated to the research, craft, and production of some of the most innovative and top of the line simulation products.

Opening our first location in Pittsburgh, a city well known for its rich industrial history and pride in hard work just made sense to us. Many know Pittsburgh as the City of Steel, but were you aware that since the 1990’s, Pittsburgh has become a hub for some of the top healthcare, education, and technology industries in the country?

Since the inception of our Pittsburgh office in 2005, we have continued to grow as a company, enough so that we opened another office in Texas in 2022. We acquired the assets of Scott-Clark Medical and started designing our own custom medication dispensing solutions. As Burnet isn’t as well known, we wanted to share a little about the small city and what we do there.

The City of Burnet is located just 50 miles northwest of Austin, TX and 90 miles north of San Antonio. In the 2020 census, Burnet was home to about 6,436 citizens. Upon visiting Burnet for the first time, we were taken aback by the sense of friendliness of the residents. Their hard-working, kind-spirited attitudes reminded us of our home in Pittsburgh. So we decided that was going to be our second home.

So, for the past two years, our wonderful employees in Burnet have been designing our custom bedside medication dispensing carts. Not only do they work from the blueprints to sourcing materials made in the USA, they also completely manufacture them. Check out the images below for a peak into our Texas facility.

In this time, we have redesigned and improved our SimCartRx™ Elite tremendously, now offering our largest peripheral package yet. We also created a line of lightweight, cost-effective documentation carts designed to ensure learners are prepared to engage with patients and focus on fast, accurate data entry. When combined with SimEMR®, our simulated electronic medical records, KbPort™ offers the most comprehensive and complete training platform for electronic charting and medication dispensing for Nursing and Pharmacy.

Coupled with our engineering department in Pittsburgh, we have created some of the most powerful teaching tools in the industry.
