After careful consideration, we have decided to announce the End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Support (EOS) for ETC™ Fusion HD™ (v6 ETC™).
Key Dates:
- Notice Date: January 17, 2025
- End-of-Life, End-of-Service, and End-of-Support Date: April 16, 2025
Effective April 16, 2025, KbPort LLC will:
- Remove access to offline update images for ETC™ Fusion HD™ (v6 ETC™)
- Discontinue technical support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and security patches

We recommend customers transition to alternative KbPort™ products or solutions to ensure uninterrupted functionality and continued support. Our team is ready to assist you in identifying a suitable replacement or upgrading to a more advanced system within our product portfolio.
