The ranking, provided by RegisteredNursing.org (an organization that provides resources for future nurses) assessed twenty-three schools across the Magnolia State on a variety of factors, including NCLEX passing rates, tuition costs, and program length. MGCCC comes in at second overall amongst all nursing programs and is the highest ranked community college on the list. RegisteredNursing.org points to MGCCC’s focus on the “practical aspects of nursing,” as a program strength, particularly with regard to their ADN and LPN to RN programs.
