Simplicity7™ Inventory allows for the creation and management of both consumable and non consumable items and item categories. The integration with barcode scanning technology and data imports allows for quick and efficient item uploads. Preventing product shortages and managing item reorders and maintenance is simple as Simplicity7™ Inventory grants the ability to add and save information on item vendors, manufacturers, and support providers.

With Simplicity7™ Inventory you can create item reservations, setting a date and time of the reservation as well as which room the item will be located in. Once no longer needed, the reservations can be resolved, and if the item is consumable there is an option to indicate how many stock instances were consumed.

To further facilitate inventory management, analyses of collected data will populate for review and distribution when used in conjunction with Simplicity7™ Reports.
